Refinancing the entire implementation
The entire construction of the photovoltaic power plant would be fully carried out and financed by NH ENERGO, which arranges financing for photovoltaic power plant projects through its bank - SLOVENSKÁ SPORITEĽŇA.
Model form
After the construction of the photovoltaic power plant, NH ENERGO will lease the photovoltaic power plant to the Client's company where the photovoltaic power plant is located and to which the electricity produced by the photovoltaic power plant is supplied for an agreed period (10, 15, 20, 25 years). After the lease ends, the photovoltaic power plant is sold to the Client's company for 1 €.
The Client's company may also purchase the photovoltaic power plant earlier – for the amount specified in the individual years in the purchase table, which is an annex to the Lease Agreement.
Monthly rent price
The monthly rent represents the amount corresponding to the volume of electricity consumed produced by the photovoltaic power plant at the Client's facility per month multiplied by the agreed electricity price (including both power and distribution parts), whereby the price of such electricity is significantly lower than the price of electricity paid for commonly distributed electricity (both power and distribution parts).
